Voor onze vestiging in Assen zijn wij op zoek naar een Intercedent! Voor onze klanten ben jij de specialist en sparringpartner op het gebied van flexibele arbeid. Wanneer jij een vacature krijgt om in te vullen, ga jij samen met het team direct op zoek naar een passende kandidaat. Soms vind je al direct een geschikte kandidaat in je eigen netwerk of in de database van Olympia. De andere keer vertaal je de vacature naar een wervingsprofiel en bepaal je een wervingsstrategie. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Je werft en selecteert kandidaten voor verschillende functies; - Je voert selectiegesprekken met kandidaten en bemiddelt ze naar een leuke baan; - Je bouwt aan duurzame relaties met onze opdrachtgevers; - Je haalt zelf vacatures binnen door middel van acquisitie - Je werkt de administratie bij en past de regelgeving toe op de verschillende situaties Functie-eisen Jij bent communicatief vaardig en je kan snel schakelen. Daarnaast ben je sterk in overzicht houden en functioneer je zowel goed zelfstandig als in teamverband.
