Je verdient een salaris tussen €2.650 en €3.600 bruto per maand, ontvangt een aantrekkelijke bonus én profiteert van maar liefst 31,5 vrije dagen per jaar. Wat ga jij doen? Als intercedent ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor zowel kandidaten als klanten. Je weet kansen te signaleren, relaties op te bouwen en de juiste match te maken. Dankzij jouw energie, commerciële instelling en organisatietalent loopt het recruitmentproces van A tot Z soepel. Wat ga je doen? Actief werven en benaderen van kandidaten via diverse kanalen; Opbouwen, onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties; Schrijven en publiceren van aantrekkelijke vacatures; Voeren van intakegesprekken en begeleiden van kandidaten gedurende het gehele traject; Coördineren van het volledige recruitmentproces, van eerste kennismaking tot plaatsing en nazorg; Samenwerken met collega’s om doelstellingen te behalen en successen te vieren; Bijdragen aan de verdere groei en zichtbaarheid van TRIXXO in de regio Venlo.
