Als Intercedent bij Extra Talent in Amsterdam leer je het vak vooral door het te doen. Je begint met een uitgebreide onboarding van twee tot drie weken, waarin collega's uit de praktijk je alles leren over recruitment en sales. Daarna ga je stap voor stap zelf aan de slag, met ervaren collega's om je heen. Je komt terecht in een gevarieerd team met andere intercedenten met diverse ervaringen. Binnen ons Logistieke label bemiddelen we onder andere logistiek supervisors, exportmedewerkers, declaranten, expediteurs en customer service medewerkers. Je hoeft deze functies nog niet te kennen; je leert gaandeweg wat deze professionals doen en waar klanten naar zoeken. Wat bieden we? - Een basissalaris tussen € 2.800,- tot € 3.200,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Krijgt een uitgebreide onboarding van twee tot drie weken met trainingen van collega's uit de praktijk; - Bouwt daarna met begeleiding zelfstandig je recruitment- en salesvaardigheden op; - Profiteert van een variabele bonus, gekoppeld aan jouw resultaten en targets; - Beschikt over € 2.500,- opleidingsbudget per jaar naast onze interne trainingen; - Je krijgt een laptop en telefoon van de zaak; - 25 vakantiedagen en een uitstekende pensioenregeling; - Groeit op je eigen tempo door, met een duidelijk pad richting medior of senior Intercedent en daarna bijvoorbeeld Senior Sales of Business Unit Manager. Wat ga je doen? - Start met het spreken van kandidaten en ontdekt welke baan en werkomgeving bij hen passen; - Zoekt actief naar professionals via LinkedIn, je netwerk en andere kanalen; - Benadert bedrijven en leert hoe je nieuwe klanten en vacatures opbouwt; - Schakelt tussen kandidaten, klanten en vacatures en leert hierin prioriteiten stellen;...
