Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit Als Intercedent / Recruiter binnen team Middenkader & Office werk je grotendeels uit naam van onze opdrachtgevers. Je vertegenwoordigt bedrijven in hun volledige wervingsproces en bent verantwoordelijk voor het vinden, spreken, beoordelen en begeleiden van kandidaten. Daarbij richt je je volledig op werving & selectie, niet op uitzenden. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Op maandag staat je agenda nog open en op woensdag vraag je je af waar de tijd gebleven is. Welkom in de wereld van recruitment. Wat ga je doen: - Actief benaderen van werkzoekenden via jobboards, LinkedIn en social media; - Schrijven van vacatureteksten en meedenken over online recruitmentcampagnes; - Voeren van intake-, evaluatie- en selectiegesprekken met kandidaten; - Afnemen en bespreken van assessments met sollicitanten; - Toelichten van assessmentresultaten en kandidaatprofielen aan opdrachtgevers; - Vertegenwoordigen van opdrachtgevers tijdens het recruitmentproces; - Bezoeken van klanten samen met je directe collega Manuel of de commercieel manager; - Opstellen van offertes en uitwerken van commerciële voorstellen; - Meedenken over recruitmentprocessen, employer branding en nieuwe commerciële kansen.
