Het boeien en binden van jouw opdrachtgevers en het matchen van de juist uitzendkrachten staan bij jou op de eerste plaats. Je houdt je proactief bezig met het tevreden houden van onze klanten, en jij maakt voor Pollux het verschil. Jij zorgt ervoor dat een uitzendkracht aan de juiste opdrachtgever wordt gekoppeld. Je begeleidt de uitzendkracht van A tot Z. Je plant de inzet van vaste en flexibele medewerkers dusdanig dat optimaal kan worden voldaan aan de vraag van de opdrachtgevers. - Daarnaast los jij samen met je collega's personele- en planning gerelateerde vraagstukken op. Hoe uitdagender, hoe beter. Jij kent de cao als geen ander, je bijt je graag vast op wet- en regelgeving en bent graag op de hoogte van alle wijzigingen. Dit vertalen naar jouw opdrachtgevers en uitzendkrachten vind jij geen probleem. - Jij staat nooit stil, je bedenkt steeds nieuwe manieren en ziet altijd kansen. Jij zet alles op alles voor een succesvolle samenwerking tussen de opdrachtgever, de uitzendkracht en Pollux. Wat krijg je?
