Ben jij een intercultureel bemiddelaar Portugees of Dari/Pashtoe met een passie voor het overbruggen van taal- en cultuurverschillen? Binnen de afdeling Interculturele Bemiddeling help je patiënten en zorgverleners elkaar beter te begrijpen en wegwijs te worden in de zorg. Samen met een betrokken team draag je bij aan toegankelijke, warme en kwaliteitsvolle zorg voor anderstalige patiënten en hun naasten.

WAT?

  • Contract bepaalde duur met kans op een contract onbepaalde duur na positieve evaluatie.
  • ZAS Cadix (2030, Antwerpen)
  • 19 uur/week (50%)

OVER DE JOB

  • Interculturele bemiddeling – Je bemiddelt en tolkt binnen ZAS voor patiënten die Portugees of Dari/Pashtoe spreken. Spreek je buiten Portugees ook Spaans is dat een grote meerwaarde.
  • Tolken in de zorg – Je tolkt via videoconferentie of in een triadisch gesprek en ondersteunt patiënten tijdens hun zorgtraject.
  • Psychosociale begeleiding – Je helpt taal- en cultuurbarrières te overbruggen en begeleidt patiënten waar nodig.
  • Conflictbemiddeling – Je ondersteunt bij conflicten en bevordert de communicatie en het wederzijds begrip.
  • Teamwerk & overleg – Je werkt samen met collega's van Interculturele Bemiddeling en neemt deel aan afdeling- en taaloverleggen.
  • Administratie & kwaliteit – Je voert administratieve taken uit, rapporteert aan het afdelingshoofd en draagt bij aan kwaliteitsvolle interculturele communicatie.

OVER JOU

  • Opleiding – Je hebt een Professionele Bachelor in een humane wetenschappen of paramedische richting. Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in interculturele bemiddeling of een specifieke erkende opleiding in interculturele bemiddeling in de gezondheidszorg is een plus.
  • Taalvaardigheid – Je hebt een goede kennis van Portugees (en Spaans) óf Dari en Pashtoe en drukt je vlot en duidelijk uit in het Nederlands.
  • Digitale vaardigheden – Je hebt ervaring met MS Windows, Outlook en Office en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Inschattingsvermogen & discretie – Je kan situaties goed inschatten en respecteert de privacy en het beroepsgeheim van patiënten.
  • Nauwkeurig & flexibel – Je werkt ordelijk en nauwkeurig, bent stressbestendig en kan flexibel omgaan met piekmomenten.
  • Resultaatgericht – Je werkt kwaliteitsgericht en kostenbewust en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
