Wat zal jij doen?

Elk bestuur is als werkgever verplicht een interne preventiedienst op te richten. WVI wil besturen die dit wensen hierin ondersteunen. Daarom richtte WVI een GIDPBW op, of gemeenschappelijke interne dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk. Het voordeel van een preventiedienst op intergemeentelijk niveau is dat de preventieadviseurs fulltime met de materie bezig zijn en dat de opvolging van de wetgeving voor alle besturen samen gebeurt.

In samenwerking met de externe preventiediensten staat de preventieadviseur het bestuur bij in zijn opdracht als werkgever om het welzijn van hun werknemers te behartigen.

Bij WVI krijg je de unieke kans om jouw expertise als preventieadviseur in te zetten voor lokale besturen die rekenen op jouw advies, inzicht en betrokkenheid. Als intergemeentelijk preventieadviseur werk je niet voor één organisatie, maar voor meerdere gemeenten die samen investeren in welzijn op het werk.

De deelnemende gemeenten van de intergemeentelijke samenwerking zijn Alveringem, Damme, Jabbeke, Nieuwpoort, Mesen, Beernem, Oostkamp en Zedelgem.

Je werkt, samen met je collega, in en voor een aantal van deze lokale besturen.

  • Je beschikt over het erkend getuigschrift preventieadviseur niveau 2.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de werking van technische diensten, je toont dit bij voorkeur door leidinggevende of projectmatige ervaring in een technische dienst voor te leggen.
  • Je vertoont gedrag dat in overeenstemming is met de eisen van de functie. Dit wordt bij aanwerving getoetst aan de hand van een uittreksel uit het strafregister.
