Ben jij gepassioneerd door interieur en wil je klanten helpen? Als Interieuradviseur Showroom ben jij het gezicht van de toonzaal en begeleid je klanten met eerlijk advies, stijlgevoel en technische kennis.

Je werkt in een warm familiebedrijf met een sterke reputatie. Samen met een enthousiast binnendienstteam sta je garant voor een topservice met oog voor detail en passie voor kwaliteit.

Wat ga je doen?

Jouw taken

  • Je ontvangt klanten in de showroom en begeleidt hen door het uitgebreide aanbod.
  • Je luistert actief naar hun wensen, stijlvoorkeuren en budget om tot een passend voorstel te komen.
  • Je adviseert klanten professioneel over kleuren, formaten, materialen en combinaties.
  • Je maakt offertes op, volgt ze proactief op en behandelt binnenkomende prijsvragen.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit door eerlijke communicatie en een persoonlijke aanpak.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van orders en dossiers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van transport en logistiek om een vlotte levering te garanderen.
  • Je verzorgt permanentie aan het onthaal en staat klanten ook telefonisch of via mail te woord.

Onze ideale kandidaat:

  • Je bent klantgericht, vriendelijk en professioneel in omgang.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en bent vlot in het Frans.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële of klantgerichte functie, bij voorkeur in interieur of bouw.
  • Je hebt een grote passie voor interieur, design en trends.
  • Je bent leergierig en neemt technische informatie snel op.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, accuraat en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en handig met computerprogramma's.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en haalt voldoening uit tevreden klanten.
  • Je bent flexibel, neemt initiatief en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je straalt een commerciële flair uit.
