Functie

Voor onze klant in Aalter, actief in de interieur sector, gaan we op zoek naar een interieurarchitect.

Als ervaren en commercieel interieurarchitect sta je in voor de volgende zaken:

  • Als commercieel binnenhuisarchitect vertaal je de dromen van onze klanten (zoals slagers, bakkers, voedingswinkels, traiteurs, en vishandels) naar concrete, nauwkeurige ontwerpen.
  • Je weet hoe je naar de klant kan luisteren, hen centraal stellen en je kan je inleven in hun wensen. Hierdoor kun je jouw creativiteit volledig benutten bij het ontwerpen van hun concept.
  • Je bespreekt het ontwerp, de gewenste materialen en het design met de klant en de projectleider.
  • Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en uittekenen van de volledige winkelinrichting in Vectorworks, van het eerste schetsontwerp tot het definitieve uitvoeringsplan.
  • Gedurende het volledige project onderhoud je nauw contact met de klant en werk je samen met de projectleider om ervoor te zorgen dat alles volgens plan verloopt.
  • Je volgt het project nauwgezet op, ook tijdens de uitvoeringsfase, om zo te komen tot een geslaagd winkelconcept en een tevreden klant.

Profiel

Wie is onze ideale interieurarchitect?

  • Je beschikt over een opleiding interieurarchitect / binnenhuisarchitect.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je reeds 3 jaar werkervaring.
  • Je bent zeer vertrouwd met Vectorworks, bijkomende ervaring met Cinema 4D is een mooie plus!
  • Technisch ben sterk en je werkt heel accuraat.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, initiatiefrijk en creatief en je bent vlot communicatief in de omgang met klanten / collega's.
  • Heel goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als goede beheersing van de Franse taal.

  • Vast contract na geslaagde inloopperiode.
  • Voltijdse tewerkstelling: maandag tem vrijdag van 8u - 16u30.
  • Je werkt in een 40-uren week, wat ervoor zorgt dat je naast je 20 verlofdagen ook 12 betaalde ADV dagen hebt.
  • Loon is bespreekbaar naargelang je ervaring, aangevuld met echocheques van 250 euro/jaar en maaltijdcheques van 8euro/dag.
