Ben jij een gedreven schrijnwerker met een passie voor maatwerk en vakmanschap? Voor een groeiend bedrijf in de regio Peer zoeken we een interieurschrijnwerker die het volledige proces wil meemaken: van het vervaardigen van maatkasten in het atelier tot de precieze plaatsing op de werf. In deze rol werk je aan diverse projecten, van keukens en kasten tot inbouwkasten en maatwerk interieurelementen, waarbij je directe contact hebt met klanten en hun wensen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Halftijds vervaardigen van maatkasten en interieurelementen in het atelier, inclusief zagen, frezen, afwerken en assembleren van onderdelen.
  • Halftijds monteren en afwerken van maatkasten bij klanten op locatie, met aandacht voor detail en klanttevredenheid.
  • Precisiewerk uitvoeren aan de hand van technische tekeningen en specificaties.
  • Samenwerken met het team om deadlines te halen en kwaliteitsnormen te handhaven.
  • Werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden volgens veiligheidsrichtlijnen.
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als schrijnwerker (interieur/meubels een ) of timmerman. Je beschikt over praktische kennis van houtbewerking, afwerking en montage. Ervaring met CNC-machines, handgereedschap en veiligheidsnormen is een voordeel.
  • Je woont binnen een straal van 30 km rond Peer en beschikt over eigen vervoer om 's morgens zelfstandig naar het bedrijf te komen. Dit stelt je in staat om betrouwbaar en op tijd aanwezig te zijn, ongeacht de werkschema's.
  • Je hebt een no-nonsense mentaliteit en bent bereid om langere werkdagen te maken (overuren). Je bent gemotiveerd, zelfstandig en kunt efficiënt in een snellopend productieomgeving werken zonder veel begeleiding.
