The posting

In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de look en feel en het afwerkingsniveau van de binnenafwerking. Je hoeft geen ontwerpen vanaf nul te bedenken; je vertrekt vanuit een sterk, bestaand kader en zorgt dat de puzzelstukken perfect in elkaar vallen.

  • Materialen & Kleuren combineren: Op basis van een hoogwaardige, vooraf geselecteerde matrix combineer jij de juiste vloeren, keukens, badkamers en binnenafwerkingen. Jij bepaalt de definitieve kleurencombinaties die de woning een luxueuze, instapklaar gevoel geven.
  • Technische plannen screenen: Je controleert nog eens extra op de reeds uitgetekende elektriciteits- en HVAC-plannen. Klopt de logica met de latere inrichting? Waar nodig stuur je bij (bijv. de positie van lichtpunten of stopcontacten).
  • Sfeer & Verlichting: Je kiest de verlichting mee uit die aansluit bij de architectuur en de gewenste uitstraling.
  • Bestellingen beheren: Je plaatst de bestellingen van de door jou gekozen materialen (vloeren, parket, badkamer, keuken,…) zodat de werfplanning vlot verloopt.
  • Geen pre-sales klantbegeleiding: Je hoeft geen kopers te begeleiden tijdens het bouwproces. Pas na de verkoop van de afgewerkte woning fungeer je eventueel als aanspreekpunt voor klanten die nog specifieke extra’s wensen.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een opleiding in Interieurvormgeving, Interieurstyling, Assistent-Architectuur of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent praktisch en technisch ingesteld: je kunt vlot bouwplannen lezen.
  • Je hebt een feilloos gevoel voor esthetiek en combinaties binnen het betere residentiële segment, maar vindt het fijn om binnen een vooraf gedefinieerd kader te werken.
  • Je bent administratief nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk voor het correct opvolgen en bestellen van materialen.
