Für unseren Kunden, ein erfolgreiches Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit Sitz in Wien suchen wir auf Werkvertrag/Honorarbasis für den Einsatz bei Steuerberatungskanzleien in Wien & Umgebung eine/n Interim Bilanzbuchhalter (w/m/d) 1 Interim Bilanzbuchhalter_in (all genders) Ihr Aufgabengebiet und Ihr neues Umfeld

* Als Interim BilanzbuchhalterIn bist Du in der Regel 3 bis 12 Monate in Kundenprojekten eingesetzt mit der Möglichkeit auf längerfristige Einsätze

* Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB und Überleitung auf den steuerrechtl. Jahresabschluss

* Erstellung von Reports, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie steuerlichen Analysen (z. B. Anspruchszinsenberechnung, Einkommensteuervorschau)

* Kommunikation mit dem Finanzamt und Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen

* Mitwirkung bei Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Buchhaltungs- und Finanzprozessen, sowie fallweise Abwicklung von Liquidationen

* Begleitung bei Systemumstellungen, z. B. von RZL auf BMD NTCS. sowie Durchführung verschiedener Bilanzierungsarbeiten gem. §5,§4Abs.1,§4Abs.3u.§17 Abs.1 EStG

* Beratung bei branchenspezifischen Spezialthemen (z. B. im Zusammenhang mit V+V Einkünften)

Unsere Anforderungen an Sie

* einschlägige Erfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei

* Abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung (z.B.WIFI/Akademie d. Steuerberater u. Wirtschaftsprüfer)

* Spezialkenntnisse in einzelnen Finance-Gebieten (z.B. gute Bilanzierungskenntnisse)

* Erfahrung mit gängigen ERP-Software-Systemen (z.B. BMD NTCS, Datev, RZL, RZA, DVO)

* Erfahrung in Personalverrechnung, idealerweise mit Personalverrechnungsprüfung wünschenswert

* sichere Excel-Kenntnisse und hohe Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Wünschenswert: Reisebereitschaft innerhalb von Ostösterreich (ca. 25 %)

* Abrechnung auf Honorarbasis nach geleisteten Stunden, flexibler Remote-Anteil je nach Projekt

* hohe Flexibilität bei Arbeitsort und Zeiteinteilung

* Projektlaufzeit 3-12 Monate mit Verlängerungsoption

* Möglichkeit auf Folgeprojekte nach erfolgreichem Abschluss

* Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit- oder Vollzeitbeschäftigung (Wochenstundenanzahl nach Absprache mit Dienstgeber innerhalb der Rahmenarbeitszeit)

* Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort

* Entlohnung: Stundensatz: € 60,00-90,00 abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung
