The posting

Voor onze opdrachtgever, een bekende retailer en gevestigd in Den Haag, zijn wij op zoek naar een Interim Financial Accountant voor 32 uur per week.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan financiële en accountingwerkzaamheden en zorg je samen met het finance team voor een correcte en tijdige financiële administratie. Je werkt nauw samen met je directe collega en 1 financial controller en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager Accounting.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Verwerken, controleren en opvolgen van Accounts Payable en Accounts Receivable • Uitvoeren van bank- en betalingscontroles en het bewaken van openstaande posten • Uitvoeren van diverse GL-controles en maandafsluitingen • Verwerken en controleren van accruals, prepaid expenses en overige journaalposten • Ondersteunen bij intercompany-transacties, allocaties en doorbelastingen • Verzorgen en controleren van diverse HR-gerelateerde journaalposten, waaronder salarissen, vakantiegeld en pensioen • Voorbereiden van btw- en ICP-aangiftes • Uitvoeren van periodieke controles en het signaleren en corrigeren van afwijkingen • Ondersteunen bij ad-hoc financiële vraagstukken en werkzaamheden binnen het finance team.

Functie-eisen: We zoeken een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige financial accountant die snel zijn of haar weg vindt binnen een internationale organisatie. Je hebt een goede basis in accounting en ervaring met AP, AR, GL en maandafsluitingen. Je bent analytisch, werkt gestructureerd en vindt het prettig om naast terugkerende werkzaamheden ook ad-hoc vraagstukken op te pakken. Verder ben je / beschik je over:

• HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een afgeronde relevante opleiding • 32 uur per week beschikbaar • Ruime ervaring met de operationele boekhouding incl. maandafsluitingen. • Bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een (internationale) retail organisatie • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift • Ervaring met S
