Binnen deze context speelt zorgvuldige juridische besluitvorming een belangrijke rol bij de beoordeling van aanvragen, registraties en andere formele besluiten. Om de organisatie te ondersteunen bij de verdere professionalisering van deze processen zoeken wij een Interim jurist voor maatschappelijke organisatie besluitvorming, procesoptimalisatie, juridische kwaliteitsborging In deze rol ondersteun je bij het opstellen van zienswijzen en definitieve besluiten rondom registraties en aanverwante vraagstukken. Je helpt de organisatie bij het waarborgen van de juridische kwaliteit van besluitvorming en bewaakt dat processen zorgvuldig, consistent en volgens de geldende kaders worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het verder ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van werkwijzen, formats en standaardcommunicatie. Je beoordeelt of besluiten voldoende zijn gemotiveerd, of de juiste reglementaire grondslagen worden toegepast en of procedures op een juridisch zorgvuldige wijze zijn ingericht. Ook ondersteun je collega's bij het werken volgens reglementen en beoordelingskaders.
