Je toont jouw vakmanschap door inhoudelijk boven de stof te staan, terwijl je moeiteloos het complexe krachtenveld doorgrondt waarin woningcorporaties bewegen-van lokale politiek en huurdersverenigingen tot maatschappelijke partners. Jij weet precies aan welke knoppen je moet draaien om beweging te krijgen in die specifieke dynamiek. Daar hoort natuurlijk ook een goed pakket arbeidsvoorwaarden bij.
