The posting

Voor onze opdrachtgever in het mooie Delfzijl, zijn wij op zoek naar een vlotte, ervaren en energieke (tijdelijke) Personal Assistant. Jij bent niet alleen de rechterhand van de CEO en de CFO, maar ook de oren en ogen van de organisatie. Je bent benaderbaar, zichtbaar en zorgt ervoor dat alles geregeld is, bij voorkeur nog voordat het gevraagd wordt.

Qua werkzaamheden moet je denken aan;

- Je bent hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor de directie bestaande uit de CEO en CFO, doet hun agendabeheer, filtert en handelt zelf zaken af daar waar mogelijk; - Je organiseert vergaderingen, bijeenkomsten en grote en kleinere events; - Je notuleert het wekelijkse leiderschapsteam (MT) overleg en draagt zorg voor het opvolgen van de actiepunten. Daarnaast notuleer je gemiddeld eens per maand een ander overleg zoals een bewonersbijeenkomst of vergadering met de OR; - Je regelt, plant, ontzorgt en zorgt ervoor dat alle op rolletjes loopt; - En last but not least: je bent sparringpartner van de directie, hun klankbord!

Het betreft in eerste instantie een tijdelijke rol, maar bevalt het van beide kanten zo goed, dan zijn de mogelijkheden, ook binnen Top Secretaries, ongekend.

Waar ga je werken?

Onze opdrachtgever is de commerciële exploitant, ontwikkelaar en de beheerder van de haven van Delfzijl en de Eemshaven en aangrenzende industrieterreinen. De organisatie verzorgt de complete havendienstverlening aan haar industriële en MKB-klanten van logistieke en infrastructurele diensten tot de uitgifte en het onderhoud van de terreinen in beide havengebieden. Ook houdt de organisatie zich bezig met innovatie op diverse gebieden, zoals waterstof, circulariteit, energie en duurzaamheid.
