Vanwege het vertrek van een medewerker zoeken we iemand die op korte termijn het Quality-team kan versterken en snel zelfstandig operationele QA-vraagstukken kan oppakken. De opdracht Als Interim QA Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed pakket aan Quality & Food Safety werkzaamheden. Je behandelt kwaliteitsissues van onderzoek tot opvolging en werkt daarbij nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de productieorganisatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Klachtenafhandeling en opvolging van kwaliteitsissues - Uitvoeren en coördineren van onderzoeken naar klachten en afwijkingen - Registratie en opvolging in Salesforce - Opstarten en begeleiden van meetings rondom kwaliteitsvraagstukken - Schakelen met Productie, Techniek en Supply Chain - CAPA-management en bewaking van corrective & preventive actions - Doorvoeren en opvolgen van noodzakelijke aanpassingen in systemen en processen - Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van interne en externe audits - Werken volgens de eisen van FSSC 22000 Wie zoeken we? - Circa 5 jaar relevante QA-ervaring - Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur food - Ervaring met klachtenafhandeling en kwaliteitsonderzoek - Ervaring met CAPA-management - Kennis van en ervaring met FSSC 22000 - Ervaring met auditvoorbereiding en/of -begeleiding - Ervaring met Salesforce is een pré - Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en cross-functionele samenwerking - Hands-on en in staat om snel zelfstandig te opereren - Nederlandstalig Start: zo snel m...
