hhi. 1076 Je gaat tijdelijk leiding geven aan de subteams Beschermd Wonen en Opvang (BW&O) en het Maatwerk Expertise Team (MET) binnen het sociaal domein. Je zorgt voor continuïteit in de dagelijkse aansturing en brengt tegelijkertijd focus en voortgang in lopende veranderingen. Je werkt in een context waarin teamdynamiek, procesverbetering en samenwerking met interne en externe partners centraal staan. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig, brengt rust en vertrouwen en weet teams mee te nemen in ontwikkeling en verandering. Wat ga je doen - Je geeft integraal leiding aan de subteams BW&O en MET en waarborgt de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de uitvoering. - Je zet de ingezette veranderingen binnen BW&O door en borgt verbeteringen in processen en procedures, met de klantreis als uitgangspunt. - Je werkt met prioriteit aan een veilige, open en constructieve teamdynamiek binnen BW&O en versterkt rust, vertrouwen en samenwerking. - Je onderhoudt en versterkt de samenwerking met interne en externe partners, waaronder zorg- en welzijnsaanbieders en ketenpartners. - Je zet de verandering binnen MET door, zodat het team meer in verbinding staat met interne collega’s die gebruikmaken van het advies. - Je pakt vragen, knelpunten en escalaties snel op en zoekt bij complexiteit naar werkbare oplossingen in afstemming met betrokkenen. - Je begeleidt, coacht en ontwikkelt medewerkers en voert reguliere managementtaken uit, zoals verzuim, gesprekscyclus, planning, formatie en budget. - Je stelt prioriteiten en brengt focus aan in lopende veranderingen, met oog voor werkdruk en veranderbereidheid. - Je rapporteert periodiek aan de clustermanager over voortgang, risico’s en keuzes. - Je zorgt voor een zorgvuldige overdracht aan de teammanager of opvolger bij afloop van de opdracht.
