DU ÜBERNIMMST

* Vertrieb verstärken und Wachstum sicherstellen: bestehende Sales-Pipeline analysieren und priorisieren

* Projekte nach Wahrscheinlichkeit, Umsatzpotenzial, Marge und Abschlusszeitpunkt bewerten und mit den Teams abstimmen

* Stagnierende bzw. verlorene Angebote reaktivieren, kritische Kunden und Projekte persönlich betreuen, Ursachen für Kundenverluste analysieren und Kundenbindung stärken

* Verbindliche Vertriebsaktivitäten, Wochenziele und Reporting im ERP etablieren; ERP- und CRM-Tools optimieren und deren konsequente Nutzung sicherstellen

* Vertriebs- und Vorprojektierungsprozesse gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung weiterentwickeln und bereichsübergreifende Engpässe in Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen Personen und Fachbereichen lösen.

* Qualität und Geschwindigkeit der Angebotserstellung verbessern, Go-/No-Go-Kriterien etablieren und anwenden

DU KANNST

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im technischen B2B-Vertrieb im Maschinen-, Anlagen- oder Sondermaschinenbau

* Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in einem KMU bzw. mittelständischen Unternehmen

* Internationale Vertriebserfahrung mit komplexen Investitionsgütern und langen Verkaufszyklen

* Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung und im Business Development

* Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Fähigkeit, kurzfristig Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Eine Überzahlung entsprechend Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist vorgesehen. Zusätzlich wird ein Firmenfahrzeug zur Verfügung gestellt.
