Wij van A'DAM Onderwijs zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en betrokken IB'er (intern begeleider) voor een basisschool in Amsterdam-Noord. Het gaat om een tijdelijke opdracht tot de zomervakantie, voor twee tot vijf dagen per week, met uitzicht op verlenging. Wat ga je doen? Als IB'er begeleid en ondersteun je leerkrachten bij het bieden van passend en kwalitatief goed onderwijs. Je denkt mee over de ontwikkeling van leerlingen, ondersteunt collega's bij hulpvragen en draagt bij aan een professionele en lerende schoolcultuur. Je werkt nauw samen met de leerkrachten, directie en eventueel andere betrokken professionals. Je houdt zicht op de ontwikkeling en onderwijsbehoeften van leerlingen en denkt mee over passende ondersteuning. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om jouw kennis, ervaring en ideeën in te zetten. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar collegialiteit en samenwerken centraal staan. Vanaf je eerste dag word je warm ontvangen door de directeur en je nieuwe collega's. Samen zorgen jullie voor een fijne werkomgeving waarin collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan en elkaar ondersteunen. Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn A'DAM Onderwijs - een non-profit organisatie, opgericht door negen Amsterdamse openbare schoolbesturen. Wij ondersteunen basisscholen in Amsterdam bij het invullen van vervangingsaanvragen en bemiddelen rechtstreeks tussen scholen en enthousiaste onderwijsprofessionals. Zo blijven de kosten van flexibel personeel binnen het onderwijs laag. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Een afgeronde pabo-opleiding, aangevuld met relevante ervaring en/of opleiding op het gebied van intern begeleiden. - Je bent pedagogisch sterk, betrokken en communicatief vaardig. - Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden en ondersteunen van leerlingen en leerkrachten. - Je bent twee tot vijf dagen per week beschikbaar tot de zomervakantie, met kans op verlenging. - Je woont in (de omgeving van) Amsterdam.
