We kijken naar ervaringen en interesse en de werktijdfactor hoe we gezamenlijk besluiten de werkzaamheden te verdelen. - Coördineren van de leerlingenzorg binnen groepen, van signalering tot evaluatie; - Coachen van leerkrachten bij het omgaan met verschillen in de klas, zowel in de didactiek als de pedagiek; - Uitvoeren van observaties en klassenbezoeken, met gerichte feedback aan leerkrachten; - Onderhouden van contacten met het samenwerkingsverband en andere externen; - Op basis van data bewaak en stuur jij persoonsgericht op leerling- groep- en schoolniveau; - Meedenken en meebouwen op het gebied van zorg, kwaliteit en ontwikkeling; - Samenwerken met het hele team en ook met het zorgteam. Startdatum: per direct, het gaat om een vervanging van een zwangerschapsverlof met eventueel een mogelijkheid tot verlenging. Het aantal uren is in overleg, tussen de 0,6 fte. Functie-eisen Dit ben jij: Je straalt rust en positiviteit uit. Je bent iemand die de schouders eronder zet om het beste voor onze leerlingen neer te zetten. Je kent het onderwijs en weet daarin de weg. Je bent iemand die goed kan samenwerken, houdt van sparren, inspireren en samen tot ontwikkeling komen. Je bent iemand die taken afmaakt en prioriteiten kan stellen. Als intern begeleider kan er soms veel op je bord terecht komen, dit zie jij als een uitdaging en je wil ervoor zorgen dat alles uiteindelijk goed samenkomt.
