Werken op een school waar je écht invloed hebt.

Op de Van Oldenbarneveltschool geloven we dat goed onderwijs begint bij sterke leerkrachten. Daarom zien wij onze intern begeleider niet alleen als coördinator van de ondersteuning, maar vooral als coach, kwaliteitscoördinator en verbinder.

Wij zoeken een intern begeleider die liever naast een collega staat dan achter een bureau. Iemand die zichtbaar is op de werkvloer, samen lessen bespreekt, meedenkt over onderwijs en collega's helpt om iedere dag een beetje beter te worden.

Je draait je hand niet om voor het analyseren van onderwijsresultaten en weet data te vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties voor de klas. Je ziet analyses niet als een doel op zich, maar als een hulpmiddel om het onderwijs aan onze leerlingen steeds verder

te versterken.

Wij zijn een kleinschalige basisschool in Rotterdam met ongeveer 240 leerlingen. Juist doordat we klein zijn, kennen we elkaar. Niet alleen de namen van onze leerlingen, maar ook hun verhalen. We kennen ouders, collega's en elkaars kwaliteiten. Die betrokkenheid

vormt al ruim 100 jaar de basis van onze school.

Maar vergis je niet.

Kleinschalig betekent bij ons zeker niet klein denken.

Als eenpitter bepalen we onze eigen koers. Daardoor zijn de lijnen kort, krijg je veel professionele ruimte en kun je daadwerkelijk invloed uitoefenen op de ontwikkeling van onze school.

We zijn trots op de stevige basis die er staat. Tegelijkertijd bouwen we de komende jaren verder aan een professionele kwaliteitscultuur waarin coaching, samenwerking en continue ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Daar hebben we een intern begeleider voor nodig die samen met ons het verschil wil maken.
