Voor de Rehobothschool in Naarden Vesting zijn wij op zoek naar een communicatief sterke en ontwikkelingsgerichte intern begeleider/kwaliteitscoördinator. Het betreft een functie voor 0.4 wtf. Op deze school staat ook een vacature open voor een leerkracht groep 7 (0.2 wtf). Een combinatie van deze twee functies is mogelijk. Over de school Persoonlijk leiderschap als basis De Rehobothschool is een kleinschalige basisschool in Naarden waar persoonlijke ontwikkeling de rode draad is. Via The Leader in Me leren kinderen doelen stellen, reflecteren op hun eigen handelen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen, voor zichzelf en voor de ander. Vanuit zelfkennis en betrokkenheid groeien samenwerking en gevoel voor de wereld als vanzelf. Op de Rehobothschool geldt dat ook voor het team: wie hier werkt, wordt uitgedaagd om zelf leider te zijn. Wat je gaat doen In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het versterken van de onderwijskwaliteit, professionele ontwikkeling en duurzame schoolontwikkeling. Je werkt nauw samen met de directeur, die eindverantwoordelijk blijft voor de onderwijskwaliteit en het schoolbeleid. Jij ondersteunt, coördineert en adviseert bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen de school. Op dit moment bevindt de functie van intern begeleider zich binnen Proceon in een transitiefase naar de functie van kwaliteitscoördinator. In de rol van kwaliteitscoördinator staan 3 speerpunten centraal: leercoördinator, trendanalist en zorg regisseur. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Meedenken over beleid en kwaliteitsontwikkeling binnen de school - Collega's ondersteunen en coachen bij leerlingen...
