Onze ambitie is helder: ieder kind een stevig fundament geven van kennis, vaardigheden en zelfvertrouwen en tegelijkertijd steeds verder groeien naar een inclusieve school. Als IB/KC'er ben je zichtbaar in de school en werk je nauw samen met leerkrachten, directie, ouders en verschillende specialisten. Je staat naast leerkrachten, denkt mee, stelt de juiste vragen en coacht. Je begeleidt collega's bij het signaleren en analyseren van onderwijs- en ondersteuningsbehoeften en helpt hen om dit te vertalen naar concrete acties in de groep. Je werkt planmatig en doelgericht met Handelingsgericht Werken, leerling- en groepsbesprekingen en data-analyse. Je houdt de ontwikkeling van leerlingen goed in beeld en helpt het team om resultaten en observaties te benutten voor het dagelijks onderwijs. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de individuele leerling, maar ook naar groepen en de ontwikkeling van de school als geheel. Kwaliteitsontwikkeling hoort nadrukkelijk bij jouw rol. Samen met de directie en collega's werk je aan het versterken van de onderwijskwaliteit. Je helpt doelen te stellen, ontwikkelingen te volgen en waar nodig bij te sturen. Je hebt oog voor de kwaliteit van leerlingondersteuning én voor de kwaliteit van het onderwijs in de klas. Je werkt samen met onze leerteams Taal, Rekenen, Gedrag en Burgerschap en helpt om kennis en expertise binnen de school met elkaar te verbinden.
