Daltonbasisschool Jacobus is onderdeel van Onderwijsstichting KempenKind en maakt deel uit van het Kindcentrum Eersel, waar wordt samengewerkt met basisschool Wereldwijs en Nummereen Kinderopvang. Vanuit onze eigen identiteit zoeken we waar mogelijk de verbinding, met als doel kinderen optimaal te ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling. Binnen onze school werken we planmatig aan onderwijsontwikkeling via professionele leergemeenschappen. De komende jaren richten we ons onder andere op: - verdere versterking van rekenen; - taal en lezen; - Daltononderwijs; - burgerschap; - duurzame kwaliteitszorg. - het monitoren, borgen en verder verdiepen van de ingezette schoolontwikkeling en kwaliteitsverbeteringen. Wat ga je doen? Als Intern Begeleider/Kwaliteitscoördinator vervul je een sleutelrol binnen de school. Je werkt nauw samen met de directeur en bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van onderwijs en ondersteuning. Je begeleidt en coacht leerkrachten in hun professionele ontwikkeling; - begeleidt bij het pedagogisch, didactisch en organisatorisch handelen van het team; - analyseert opbrengsten, trends en onderwijsdata; - vertaalt analyses naar concrete verbeteracties; - bewaakt en versterkt de kwaliteitscyclus; - organiseert en begeleidt groeps- en leerlingbesprekingen; - coördineert passend onderwijs en leerlingondersteuning; - onderhoudt contacten met ouders, het samenwerkingsverband, orthopedagogen en andere externe partners; - draagt bij aan het opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van schoolbeleid; - ondersteunt de verdere ontwikkeling van de ondersteuningsstructuur; - werkt samen met directie en team aan een professionele kwaliteitscultuur waarin leren van en met elkaar centraal staat.
