NESTAS Scholengroep

OBS Dubbeldam is een school van Nestas. Bij Nestas werken 22 openbare en katholieke basisscholen samen. We hebben scholen in Dordrecht, Zwijndrecht, Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht en Gorinchem.

Een school ‘waar ieder kind zich thuis voelt’. Dat is waar Nestas voor gaat. Onze scholen en medewerkers maken hierin het verschil en zorgen samen voor een warm nest met kansen voor iedereen. Regulier, Jenaplan, Montessori, Dalton of speciaal basisonderwijs.

Wie zijn wij?

OBS Dubbeldam is een openbare basisschool in de gelijknamige wijk van Dordrecht. Samen met ongeveer 380 leerlingen, een betrokken team en ouders werken wij dagelijks aan de brede ontwikkeling van kinderen. Naast aandacht voor de basisvaardigheden bieden wij

ruimte voor creativiteit, sport, persoonsvorming en burgerschap.

Wij geloven dat kinderen zich optimaal ontwikkelen wanneer zij gezien worden, vertrouwen ervaren en uitgedaagd worden om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Daarom werken wij vanuit een gezamenlijke visie op goed onderwijs, met hoge verwachtingen van leerlingen

én van onszelf. Onze instructielessen verzorgen wij volgens het EDI-model en wij werken doelgericht aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze onderwijskwaliteit.

Functie-eisen

Jouw rol

Als kwaliteitscoördinator ben je een belangrijke schakel in de ontwikkeling van ons onderwijs. Je ondersteunt en begeleidt het team bij het realiseren van passend en kwalitatief sterk onderwijs voor alle leerlingen.

Je houdt zicht op de ontwikkeling van leerlingen, analyseert onderwijsresultaten en vertaalt deze samen met het team naar passende verbeteracties. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar individuele leerlingen, maar ook naar groeps- en schoolontwikkelingen.
