Rol: Intern begeleider Inzetbaarheid: Op Dreef (Aardenburg) en Sint Jozef (Eede) (0,6 fte), eventueel uitbreiding Startdatum: 1 februari 2027 Duur: 1 jaar met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband Gemeente Sluis Vanaf 24 uur €3.688-6.509 De functie Op Dreef in Aardenburg en Sint Jozef in Eede zijn vanaf 1 februari 2027 op zoek naar een enthousiaste intern begeleider voor drie dagen per week. Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie ter vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof. Ben je meer dan drie dagen beschikbaar? Dan kijken we graag samen naar de mogelijkheden om je inzet uit te breiden binnen een of meerdere van onze scholen. Ook na de vervangingsperiode zijn er mogelijkheden binnen Elevantio. Als intern begeleider ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen beide scholen. Je maakt deel uit van het team, werkt nauw samen met de directie en speelt een actieve rol in het ontwikkelteam. Daarnaast profiteer je van de kracht van een groot netwerk van intern begeleiders binnen Elevantio. Samen met het team bovenschoolse ondersteuning en de teamleider Onderwijs & Kwaliteit werk je aan sterk onderwijs en passende ondersteuning voor iedere leerling. Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt de brede basisondersteuning op pedagogisch en didactisch gebied en draagt bij aan een professionele kwaliteitscultuur. Daarbij staat de cyclus van handelings- en opbrengstgericht werken centraal. Je coacht collega's, analyseert toetsresultaten en begeleidt groeps- en leerlingbesprekingen. Ook ondersteun je bij het ontwikkelen en borgen van protocollen, procedures en afspraken. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor externe partners op het gebied van leerlingenzorg. Met jouw kennis, ervaring en enthousiasme inspireer je collega's en lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van leerlingen, medewerkers en de school als geheel.
