's-Hertogenbosch Programmabeheerser Functie omschrijving Functie Als programmabeheerser houd je het programma zowel op strategisch als operationeel niveau in control. Je bouwt de rol op en coördineert de bedrijfsvoerings-thema's binnen het programma. Je bent de rechterhand van de programmamanager en H-manager en vormt de schakel tussen programmamanagement, inhoudelijke uitvoering en bedrijfsvoering. De functie is met name intern gericht. Verantwoordelijkheden - Beheersing (GROTIK): Je bent verantwoordelijk voor tijd, geld, scope, informatie, organisatie, risico en kwaliteit. - Coördineren van inzet en samenwerking met collega's binnen en buiten het programma ten behoeve van beheersing en voortgang. - Aanspreekpunt voor bedrijfsvoeringprocessen zoals de Sturings- & Verantwoordingscyclus, audits & control en capaciteitsrapportages. - Bijhouden van een dashboard en verzorgen van voortgangsrapportages; medewerking aan het opstellen van het jaarlijkse werkplan. - Bewaken en verzorgen van inzicht in programma- en personeelskostenbudget en bezetting; intensief schakelen met teamleiders en H-manager. - Signaleren en benoemen van risico's en kansen op basis van analyses van de interne en externe omgeving; opstellen en bewaken van beheersmaatregelen samen met teamleiders. - Beheren van de overall planning van besluitvorming, mijlpalen en concernvragen en proactief acteren richting programmamanager en teamleiders. - Aanspreekpunt en coördinator voor S&V-documenten en proces (programmaopdrachtformulier, programmaplan, begroting, tussenrapportages, jaarstukken), reviews en audits. - Faciliteren van overkoepelende overlegvormen binnen het programma en ondersteunen van teamleiders en collega's bij de invulling van hun werkzaamheden. - Samenwerken met programmabeheersers van andere programma's.
