Je bent nieuwsgierig, denkt verder dan de vraag die wordt gesteld en ziet kansen om de klantbeleving continu te verbeteren. De ideale uitdaging dus als jij in je functie verder wilt kijken dan alleen het beantwoorden van vragen. Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Succes Specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van verschillende opleiding labels binnen Certify360. Je helpt hen met uiteenlopende vragen, maar kijkt altijd verder dan alleen het geven van een antwoord. Je onderzoekt situaties grondig, denkt mee over passende oplossingen en signaleert terugkerende vragen of knelpunten. Zie jij dat een proces slimmer kan? Dan krijg je de ruimte om jouw ideeën uit te werken en samen met het team verbeteringen door te voeren. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail; - Uitzoeken van complexe klantcases en het vinden van passende oplossingen; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en deze op een natuurlijke manier meenemen in klantgesprekken; - Analyseren van terugkerende vragen en verbeterpunten; - Meedenken over procesoptimalisaties, digitalisering en AI-toepassingen; - Bijdragen aan een optimale klantbeleving binnen de organisatie. Wat breng je mee? Jij bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch en denkt graag na over hoe dingen beter kunnen. Je vindt het leuk om klanten te helpen, maar krijgt minstens zoveel energie van het verbeteren van processen.
