Wat ga je doen?

Je organiseert de dagelijkse werken van het atelier, stuurt de medewerkers actief aan en bewaakt de productieplanning. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, materialen en machines efficiënt worden ingezet en dat projecten volgens planning, technische vereisten en kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd.

  • Je stelt samen met de projectleiding de productieplanning op.
  • Je staat dagelijks dicht bij het atelierteam, volgt de werkzaamheden op en stuurt bij waar nodig.Je houdt het overzicht over meerdere projecten die tegelijk in productie zijn.
  • Je zorgt op basis van technische en bouwkundige plannen voor de praktische voorbereiding van de werkzaamheden in het atelier.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met de productieleiding en de plaatsingsteams.
  • Je ondersteunt de productie wanneer dat nodig is; dit betekent dat je dagelijks ook nog meehelpt in productie.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Ervaring met de productie van ramen en deuren is noodzakelijk.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring als schrijnwerker, ploegverantwoordelijk of atelier-verantwoordelijke.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, kent buitenschrijnwerk door en door en blijft nauw betrokken bij de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt graag samen met vakmensen op de werkvloer, luistert naar hun ervaring en inzichten en zoekt samen naar praktische oplossingen en verbeteringen.

Jouw technische kennis:

  • Een grondige kennis van professionele schrijnwerkerij;
  • Een sterk technisch inzicht;
  • Ervaring met materialen, beslag, montage en afwerking;
  • Kennis van productievoorbereiding;
  • Ervaring met het lezen van technische en bouwkundige plannen;
  • Inzicht in maatvoering, kwaliteit en veilige werkmethodes.
