Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als internal account manager ben jij mee de drijvende kracht achter klanttevredenheid en groei. Je stapt in een intensief leertraject waarbij je 'on-the-job' wordt klaargestoomd voor het grotere werk.

  • Relatiebeheer: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een portfolio van bestaande klanten. Je begrijpt hun behoeften en bouwt aan een langetermijnrelatie.
  • Commerciële kansen: Je spot kansen voor up- en cross-selling en vertaalt deze naar concrete voorstellen.
  • Prospectie: Naast beheer, help je mee met het identificeren en benaderen van nieuwe potentiële klanten (new business).
  • Onderhandeling: Onder begeleiding leer je deals sluiten en contracten onderhandelen.
  • CRM & Rapportage: Je houdt klantgegevens nauwkeurig bij in ons CRM-systeem en rapporteert over je resultaten.
  • Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma (richting Marketing, Sales, of Bedrijfskunde is een plus, maar passie is belangrijker).
  • Je bent een starter of hebt maximaal 1-2 jaar werkervaring in een commerciële omgeving.
  • Je bent vlotte communicator: luisteren is je kracht, overtuigen je passie.
  • Je hebt een "can-do" mentaliteit: je ziet problemen als uitdagingen en durft uit je comfortzone te stappen.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en gedreven om targets te behalen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
