Die kans krijg je als Internal Accountmanager bij Clean Solutions Group (CSG), dé expert in hoogwaardige reinigingsoplossingen! Meteen solliciteren Internal Accountmanager Wat ga je doen? Als Internal Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een eigen portefeuille van voornamelijk 'Growth Accounts' in West-Europa. Dit zijn bestaande klanten die vandaag nog een relatief bescheiden deel van onze omzet vertegenwoordigen, maar waar volop kansen liggen om de samenwerking en omzet verder uit te bouwen. Jij bent degene die deze klanten, die voornamelijk actief zijn in het marktsegment Packaging & Print, vanuit de binnendienst activeert, ontwikkelt en aan CSG bindt. Je onderhoudt de relatie, verdiept je in hun behoeften en uitdagingen en weet commerciële kansen te signaleren én te vertalen naar concrete omzetgroei. Je krijgt daarbij veel ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen en je eigen klantenportefeuille verder te ontwikkelen. In deze rol houd je je onder meer bezig met: - Het opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met internationale klanten; - Het actief ontwikkelen van je eigen portefeuille van Growth Accounts; - Het adviseren van klanten over het producten- en dienstenportfolio van CSG via consultative selling en het elimineren van verspillingen in hun productieproces; - Het signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen; - Het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en orders; - Het verwerken en bijhouden van klant- en verkoopinformatie in het CRM-systeem; - Het coördineren van klantvragen tussen verkoop, R&D, planning, logistiek en uitvoering; - Het meedenken over passende oplossingen voor specifieke reinigingsvraagstukken.
