Je zorgt voor een effectieve inzet van de channels, bewaakt de samenhang en coördineert de distributie van content naar de juiste doelgroep, op het juiste moment. Je zorgt dat intranet, e-mail, narrowcasting en andere kanalen effectief worden ingezet en aansluiten bij de behoeften van medewerkers en de organisatie. In deze rol is geen dag hetzelfde, maar jouw rol draait om deze vijf kernverantwoordelijkheden: - Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor onze interne communicatiekanalen en ontwikkelt de strategie, governance en roadmap voor onder andere intranet, e-mail en narrowcasting; - Je coördineert de centrale contentplanning en zorgt voor een goede samenhang en spreiding van communicatie over doelgroepen, momenten en kanalen; - Je zorgt voor de distributie van centrale groepscontent en verzorgt waar nodig zelf de publicatie of verzending; - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en het gebruik van onze kanalen en zorgt dat editors en andere gebruikers deze effectief kunnen inzetten; - Je analyseert bereik en gebruik, vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen en vertegenwoordigt Internal Communications richting IT en externe leveranciers bij de verdere ontwikkeling van onze kanalen.
