Als Internal Project Coordinator Frisokit volg je onze projecten van A tot Z op zodra de verkoop is afgerond. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze Frisokit-klanten in België, Frankrijk en Nederland en zorgt ervoor dat elk project vlot verloopt van bestelling tot levering en nazorg.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je neemt het project over van je commerciële collega en begeleidt de klant tijdens het verdere verloop.
  • Je zorgt samen met onze technische dienst dat de bouwplannen op punt staan en alle nodige projectinformatie beschikbaar is.
  • Je volgt de projectplanning op en stemt af met werkvoorbereiding en productie.
  • Je coördineert samen met logistiek en externe partners de levering en het transport naar de werf.
  • Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de planning, bouwplannen, levering en eventuele wijzigingen.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten tijdig en brengt de juiste interne en externe partijen samen om tot een oplossing te komen.
  • Je coördineert vragen en nazorgdossiers na levering en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging tot afhandeling.
  • Je houdt de projectdossiers administratief volledig en actueel.
  • Je volgt samen met Finance de facturatie, betalingen en openstaande saldi van je projecten op.
  • Je zorgt indien nodig voor de juiste begeleiding of opleiding van klanten die hun Frisokit zelf opbouwen.
  • Je signaleert commerciële opportuniteiten en denkt mee over verbeteringen in onze projectwerking en klantcommunicatie.

Je bent daarbij de verbindende schakel tussen klant, verkoop, technische dienst, werkvoorbereiding, productie, logistiek en Finance. Je houdt verschillende projecten tegelijk op het juiste spoor, bewaakt afspraken en timing en zorgt ervoor dat zowel de klant als je collega's weten wat de volgende stap is.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Business Unit Manager Frisokit.

Je hebt een technische achtergrond en voldoende technisch inzicht om bouwplannen en technische documenten te begrijpen en vlot af te stemmen met onze technische dienst, werkvoorbereiding en productie.

Je hebt ervaring met projectopvolging en bent sterk in het plannen, organiseren en gelijktijdig opvolgen van verschillende projecten. Je bewaakt afspraken en deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat de betrokken partijen tijdig in actie komen.

Je bent communicatief en klantgericht en weet verwachtingen helder af te stemmen. Ook wanneer een project anders loopt dan gepland, communiceer je proactief en oplossingsgericht.

Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, neemt ownership over je projecten en kan zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen. Daarnaast ben je commercieel ingesteld en voldoende assertief om afspraken, facturatie en betalingen mee op te volgen.

Je bent vlot met Office en kan werken met ERP-, CRM- en planningssystemen.
