The posting

Als Internal Sales-medewerker vorm je samen met een vaste collega uit de buitendienst een commercieel team. Jullie zijn gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klantenportefeuille en zorgen voor een vlotte, persoonlijke en correcte dienstverlening.

Je bent het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteunt je buitendienstcollega bij commerciële, logistieke en operationele vragen. Je verwerkt en bevestigt bestellingen, voert calculaties uit, plaatst aankopen bij leveranciers en volgt de productie- en leveringsplanning nauwgezet op. Daarnaast beheer je de voorraden van jouw klanten en zorg je ervoor dat informatie snel en correct doorstroomt tussen klanten, buitendienst, leveranciers en productie.

Op termijn draag je ook actief bij aan de verdere commerciële ontwikkeling van de bestaande klantenportefeuille en herken je kansen om de interne werking en klantenservice verder te verbeteren.

We zoeken vooral een enthousiaste en gedreven collega met de juiste ingesteldheid. Motivatie, leervermogen en verantwoordelijkheidszin vinden we belangrijker dan een specifiek diploma of jarenlange ervaring.

  • Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en straalt positieve energie uit; Je werkt zelfstandig en kunt je werkzaamheden goed organiseren; Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s; Je bent klantgericht en voelt je comfortabel bij telefonisch contact; Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt bestellingen en afspraken zorgvuldig op; Je denkt in oplossingen, neemt initiatief en stelt de juiste prioriteiten; Je kunt op korte tijd veel nieuwe informatie verwerken; Je blijft rustig en behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk moeten worden opgevolgd; Je bent een echte teamspeler die ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen; Ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.

Je kan zelfstandig op de werkplek geraken met de auto, fiets of bromfiets aangezien we niet goed te bereiken zijn met openbaar vervoer.
