De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Internal Sales in Torhout

  • Je staat klanten professioneel te woord via telefoon en e-mail en biedt hen een uitstekende service
  • Inkomende orders verwerk je nauwkeurig in het systeem en volg je op van A tot Z
  • Je bewaakt levertermijnen en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling van bestellingen
  • Offertes opstellen en opvolgen behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Opportuniteiten herkennen en proactief meedenken met klanten en het sales team
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen klanten, externe sales en logistiek
  • De administratie en opvolging van dossiers verlopen dankzij jou vlekkeloos
  • Je ondersteunt bij facturatie en betalingen en zorgt voor een correcte registratie in het ERP-systeem (Odoo)
