Functie

Voor onze klant gespecialiseerd in verhuur van hoogwerkers, zoeken wij een Internal Sales medewerker:

  • Je wordt het eerste aanspreekpunt van de klanten aan de telefoon en biedt hen snel een efficiënt de juiste oplossing
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van offertes en bestellingen en waakt over de beschikbaarheid van onze machines
  • Je begeleidt klanten tijdens het volledige verhuurproces en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt
  • Je volgt klantendossiers nauwgezet op en garandeert een uitstekende service
  • Je ondersteunt de interne commerciële activiteiten door actief te prospecteren en afspraken in te plannen voor onze externe vertegenwoordigers

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs en hebt een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid
  • Je bent dynamisch, ondernemend en haalt energie uit groei en klanttevredenheid
  • Je luistert actief naar de behoeften van klanten en denkt proactief mee over oplossingen
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een commerciële of administratieve omgeving en begrijpt het verkoopproces van prospectie tot bestelling
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, neemt initiatief en houdt van uitdagingen

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Werkzekerheid heb je genoeg binnen deze stabiele familieonderneming die jaar na jaar groeit
  • Onmiddellijk een vast contract? Dit is eventueel bespreekbaar, zeker wanneer je een vaste job opzegt.

  • 39u/week waardoor je 6 extra betaalde ADV-dagen opbouwt.
  • Verlof is geheel vrij te kiezen over het jaar heen, in overleg met jouw team.
  • Dagelijkse werkuren van 8:00 - 17:15 (1u pauze) en op vrijdag werk je tot 15:00, elke week dus het gevoel van een 'langer' weekend.
  • Samenhorigheid met collega's die de neus in dezelfde richting hebben, zo worden after work drinks, teambuildings en jaarlijkse familiedag nog leuker!
  • Op termijn 1 dag / week telewerk mogelijk (na interne opleiding)
