Ben jij administratief sterk, commercieel ingesteld en hou je ervan om klanten van A tot Z te begeleiden? Heb je ervaring met retailklanten en krijg je energie van een afwisselende functie waarin je dagelijks samenwerkt met klanten én collega's? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou.

Je komt terecht in een warme West-Vlaamse KMO met een internationale klantenbasis. Samen met een enthousiast team werk je mee aan kwalitatieve producten voor honden, katten en vogels die dagelijks mensen en dieren gelukkig maken. Door de verdere uitbreiding van het klantenbestand, onder andere in Frankrijk, zoeken we versterking voor het internal sales team.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratieve en commerciële opvolging van klantendossiers, van orderverwerking tot levering.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem en controleert of alle afspraken correct werden toegepast.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat klantgegevens, productinformatie en technische fiches steeds correct en actueel blijven.
  • Je verzamelt alle nodige informatie om nieuwe artikelen aan te maken in het ERP-systeem en stemt hiervoor af met collega's en klanten.
  • Je volgt orders van begin tot einde op en onderhoudt hiervoor nauw contact met productieplanning, boekhouding en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en behandelt vragen, opmerkingen en klachten op een professionele en klantgerichte manier.
  • Je maakt productstalen klaar, controleert deze zorgvuldig en organiseert de verzending naar de klant.
  • Je denkt actief mee met klanten en collega's en draagt bij aan een optimale dienstverlening.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordenkniveau, aangevuld met enkele jaren relevante werkervaring. We zoeken geen junior profiel.
  • Je hebt recente ervaring binnen een retailomgeving en begrijpt de verwachtingen van professionele klanten.
  • Je bent administratief zeer sterk en werkt nauwkeurig, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je combineert commerciële flair met een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een ERP-systeem.
  • Je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en werkt zowel zelfstandig als graag samen in team.
