Hoe ziet je dag eruit als Internal Sales?

  • Adviseert klanten zoals architecten, installateurs en interieurprofessionals over maatwerkoplossingen
  • Ondersteunt het externe salesteam bij lopende en nieuwe projecten, zowel in binnen- als buitenland
  • Stelt offertes op, beheert bestellingen en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opvolging van elk dossier
  • Coördineert met collega’s van sales, logistiek en productontwikkeling om een feilloze uitvoering te garanderen
  • Houdt deadlines scherp in de gaten en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie over leveringen en planningen

  • Je hebt minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs of een bachelor op zak
  • Ervaring in een binnendienstfunctie, sales support of orderadministratie is een troef
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en hebt oog voor detail
  • Daarnaast heb je een commerciële mindset en denkt mee met de klant
  • Naast Nederlands ben je vlot in het Frans en Engels
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, bent handig met Excel en toont interesse in technische of esthetische producten
