  • Je werkt op de binnendienst van de verkoopafdeling. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten via telefoon en mail.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bestellingen van onze klanten: je staat in voor orderingave en orderbevestiging, en communiceert vlot met jouw klanten omtrent hun bestelling.
  • Je ondersteunt de key accountmanagers bij de administratieve en commerciële opvolging van klantendossiers, zoals opmaak van offertes, doorsturen van productinformatie of marketingmateriaal, klachtenbehandeling, …
  • Je bent klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld. Je klanten en collega’s weten dat ze op jou kunnen rekenen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Frans, Engels en Duits. Office heeft weinig geheimen voor jou. Als je kennis hebt van Microsoft Dynamics AX is dat een mooie troef.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, positief ingesteld en enthousiast. Je kan zelfstandig werken, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail. Onvoorziene situaties pak je snel aan en je werkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma en hebt al een eerste ervaring op een commerciële binnendienst.
