Functie

Als Internal Technical Sales Advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, voornamelijk elektrische installateurs.

  • Je combineert commerciële flair met technische expertise en bouwt actief aan duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten via verschillende kanalen (telefonisch, mail, …) en begrijpt snel hun noden. Op basis daarvan werk je gerichte oplossingen uit binnen ons uitgebreide productaanbod.
  • Je beheert het volledige offerteproces van A tot Z:van behoefteanalyse en adviesverlening tot het opstellen, opvolgen en commercieel verdedigen van offertes. Dankzij jouw proactieve opvolging zet je offertes succesvol om in concrete bestellingen. Na goedkeuring zorg je voor een vlotte orderverwerking.
  • Daarnaast bied je technisch advies waar nodig, en schakel je moeiteloos met interne specialisten om tot de beste oplossing te komen.
  • Je houdt ook het logistieke traject nauwlettend in de gaten: je volgt levertermijnen op, informeert klanten over beschikbaarheid en zorgt voor een correcte communicatie rond lopende bestellingen.

Profiel

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en grijpt actief opportuniteiten aan, zoals cross-selling en het promoten van acties en incentives.
  • Je beschikt over een goede productkennis of bent gemotiveerd om je hierin continu te verdiepen via opleidingen en interne tools.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en werkt nauw samen met collega’s van sales, logistiek en onze leveranciers. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Branch Manager.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands.
