The posting

Samen met de andere interne collega’s verzorg je alle contacten met de particuliere klanten van DirectLease België en dit vanuit een commerciële binnendienstrol. Deze particuliere klanten melden zich steeds online aan door een aanvraag voor hun leasewagen via de website te maken. Jouw rol bestaat erin om hen optimaal te begeleiden bij de keuze van de leasewagen en hen goed te informeren omtrent het DirectLease concept. Dit gebeurt voornamelijk telefonisch, verder ook via mail en chat. Je komt terecht in een hecht en dynamisch team en zal rapporteren aan de Teamleader B2C.

  • Je behandelt de informatievragen die via de website binnenkomen.
  • Je garandeert een eerste lijn support voor klanten die informatie vragen.
  • Je maakt offertes op, je geeft de nodige toelichting, je begeleidt de klant in het besteltraject vanaf de offerte tot en met de goedkeuring van het dossier.
  • Je stelt een dossier samen en verzamelt alle benodigde info voor de kredietacceptatie: gegevens klant, loonfiche etc.
  • Je voert de kredietacceptatie nauwkeurig uit en informeert de klanten over het besluit.
  • Je stuurt de contracten op en volgt de ondertekening en de borg betalingen op.
  • Je neemt deel aan eventuele acties en beurzen waar DirectLease op aanwezig is (bv. Autosalon)

Aangezien onze B2C klanten ook 's avonds en tijdens het weekend actief zijn, zal je 1 à 2 avonden per week en 1 zaterdag per maand van thuis uit werken. Deze avonden en zaterdagen worden in overleg met de collega's op vaste momenten bepaald.

Jijzelf in een notendop:

  • Je hebt minimum een secundaire opleiding voltooid, verder gezet met een passende administratieve of commerciële eerste werkervaring
  • Je kan vlot overweg met het MS-office pakket
  • Vlotte kennis (mondeling én schriftelijk) van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Je hebt oog voor de wensen van de klant en bent klantgericht ingesteld
  • Zelfstandig werken vormt geen probleem, maar je bent ook een echte teamplayer
