Voor ons modern en cliëntgericht familiaal financieel advieskantoor in Grimbergen zoeken wij een commercieel talent binnendienst. In deze rol bent u de onmisbare schakel tussen onze cliënten en de adviseurs. U ontzorgt de buitendienst, signaleert commerciële kansen en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratieve opvolging.

Uw takenpakket:

  • U bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten (telefonisch en per mail) met vragen over hun verzekeringen of lopende beleggingsportefeuilles.
  • U bereid dossiers en offertes voor en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • U plant proactief afspraken in voor de adviseurs en bereidt deze commercieel voor.
  • U detecteert cross-selling opportuniteiten tijdens contacten met bestaande cliënten.

Uw profiel:

  • Sterke communicator in het Nederlands aanvullend met het Frans. Engels is een plus.
  • U werkt vlot met pc en nieuwe software.
  • U bent communicatief vaardig, administratief nauwkeurig en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Zowel in een team werken als zelfstandig vormt geen probleem.
  • Bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma of secundair onderwijs (ASO/TSO).
  • Geen sectorbode of -ervaring vereist dankzij het voorziene opleidingstraject.
  • Kennis van de PCP-wetgeving (verzekeringen) en/of Willems-wetgeving (bank- en beleggingsdiensten) is een sterke troef.
