De functie inhoud Als internal sales in Staden ben jij de spilfiguur tussen klanten en de interne organisatie. Je neemt proactief initiatief en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en klantgericht verloopt. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en helpt hen met bestellingen en vragen.
  • Je verwerkt orders correct in het systeem en volgt deze administratief op tot levering.
  • Je ondersteunt het sales team met offertes en prijsaanvragen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit verschillende afdelingen in onze vlakke organisatiestructuur.
  • Je denkt proactief mee met klanten en zoekt oplossingen die écht het verschil maken.
