Elke dag start met nieuwe vragen van klanten, een order dat vlot moet verlopen of een collega die op jouw expertise rekent. Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben jij het aanspreekpunt dat overzicht bewaart, klanten professioneel verder helpt en ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichte aanpak draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de tevredenheid van klanten én de verdere groei van een internationale onderneming.

Als internal sales medewerker combineer je klantencontact met administratieve opvolging en commerciële ondersteuning. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en internationale partners, waardoor geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde is.

Jouw taken:

  • Klanten professioneel te woord staan via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Bestellingen, offertes en leveringen correct verwerken en opvolgen.
  • Klantendossiers beheren in het ERP-systeem.
  • Accountmanagers ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse commerciële werking.
  • Intensief samenwerken met het logistieke team om een vlotte orderverwerking te garanderen.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen en meedenken over een optimale klantenservice.

Je houdt van structuur, werkt graag nauwkeurig en haalt voldoening uit tevreden klanten. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en leergierigheid vinden we minstens even belangrijk.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Engels en goede kennis Frans Kennis van het Duits is een plus
  • Een klantgerichte, proactieve en administratief sterke werkhouding
  • Affiniteit met Microsoft Business Central of een ander ERP-pakket is een plus
  • Interesse in techniek, motorfietsen of powersports is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.

Ook schoolverlaters en kandidaten die zich willen heroriënteren zijn welkom wanneer ze de juiste drive en leergierigheid meebrengen.
