Als Internal Sales & Business Support medewerker zorg jij voor de structurele ontlasting van de vennoot verantwoordelijk voor Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development, Aankoop en Partnerships. Jij brengt overzicht, opvolging en commerciële daadkracht waar dat het hardst nodig is.

Je werkt nauw samen met de vennoot en vormt de operationele ruggengraat van het commerciële team. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne coördinatie, zorgt dat deals niet door de mazen van het net glippen en ondersteunt actief bij aankooptrajecten en onderhandelingen.

Jouw takenpakket

Commerciële ondersteuning & Sales Ops

  • Opvolging van het volledige salesproces: van offerte tot contractondertekening
  • CRM-beheer: contacten, pipeline en activiteiten up-to-date houden
  • Voorbereiding van commerciële meetings: agenda, presentaties, achtergrondinfo
  • Rapportage en dashboards: wekelijkse status voor de vennoot
  • Opvolging van leads en prospects: proactief contacteren en terugkoppelen

Aankoop & Onderhandelingen

  • Leveranciersbeheer: contacten onderhouden, contracten opvolgen en verlengen
  • Offertes & vergelijkingen: leveranciers bevragen, aanbiedingen analyseren en samenvatten
  • Onderhandelingsondersteuning: dossiers voorbereiden, acties opvolgen
  • Contractadministratie: SLA's, GTC’s, raamakkoorden en licenties nalezen en centraal bijhouden
  • Kostenopvolging: budgetten bewaken en afwijkingen signaleren

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Partneropvolging: communicatie, acties en statusupdates bijhouden
  • Marktonderzoek: nieuwe opportuniteiten identificeren en beknopt rapporteren
  • Ondersteuning bij internationale expansie: lokale contacten aansporen en opvolgen
  • Minimaal 3 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring in sales support, business support, commerciële binnendienst of een vergelijkbare functie
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een commerciële omgeving en begrijpt hoe een salesproces werkt
  • Je werkt zeer gestructureerd, behoudt overzicht en stelt moeiteloos prioriteiten
  • Je bent proactief en neemt zelfstandig opvolging op van klanten, prospects, leveranciers en partners
  • Je kan commerciële voorwaarden analyseren en complexe informatie helder samenvatten
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en bent vertrouwd met Microsoft 365 en CRM-systemen
