Robert Half is op zoek naar een Internal Sales Coördinator (m/v/x) regio Roeselare.

Onze klant is een internationale speler actief binnen een nichemarkt en werkt met een exclusief klantenbestand verspreid over verschillende landen. De organisatie is een familiaal bedrijf met een hecht team van een twintigtal medewerkers en een sterke focus op service, flexibiliteit en lange termijnrelaties.

Functieomschrijving

Als Internal Sales Coördinator zal je instaan voor volgend takenpakket:

  • Je neemt een centrale rol op binnen de organisatie en fungeer je als schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.
  • Je combineert commerciële taken met coördinatie en operationele opvolging.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne collega's bij vragen rond levertermijnen, producten en lopende dossiers.
  • Je denkt actief mee met de klant en stelt oplossingen voor, zoals alternatieve leveropties of het versnellen van leveringen.
  • Daarnaast onderhoud je nauwe contacten met leveranciers en volg je beschikbaarheden, levertermijnen en kwaliteit op.
  • Je stemt deze informatie af met aankoop en magazijn zodat leveringen efficiënt kunnen verlopen.
  • Intern zorg je voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen verkoop, aankoop en magazijn. Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen in de werking en helpt processen te optimaliseren.
  • Je bent ook een aanspreekpunt voor praktische vragen binnen het team en zorgt ervoor dat de interne planning afgestemd blijft op de dagelijkse werking.
  • Bij complexere dossiers neem je het voortouw en zorg je voor een evenwicht tussen klanttevredenheid en interne haalbaarheid.

Profiel

  • Diploma: Graag Master of Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring: minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Talenkennis: vlotte kennis Nederlands, Frans, Engels & Duits.
  • IT-vaardigheden: goede kennis MS Office en algemeen IT minded en vlot weg met systemen.
  • Persoonlijkheidskenmerken: communicatief, klantgericht, oplossingsgericht, hands-on, proactief en ondernemend, commercieel ingesteld, snel schakelen en beslissingen durven nemen, teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidszin.
