Ben jij een commercieel sterke relatiebeheerder die energie haalt uit klantencontact, projectopvolging en internationale samenwerking? Werk je graag in een dynamische productieomgeving waar je een sleutelrol speelt tussen klanten en de interne organisatie?

Voor onze klant, een financieel gezonde en sterk groeiende familiale onderneming in regio Komen, zoeken we een Internal Sales - Customer service. In deze veelzijdige functie begeleid je internationale klanten van offerte tot oplevering en werk je dagelijks samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om een uitstekende klantenservice te garanderen.

Wat ga je doen als Internal Sales? Als Internal Sales ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor een portefeuille van internationale klanten binnen de DIY- en retailsector.

Je begeleidt nieuwe projecten vanaf de offertefase tot de succesvolle opstart en zorgt ervoor dat alle afspraken correct worden vertaald naar de interne organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer: • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes.

• Verzamelen van alle informatie voor artikelcreatie.

• Administratieve opvolging van projecten.

• Bewaken van gemaakte afspraken en deadlines.

• Fungeren als vast aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten.

• Ondersteunen van de externe salescollega's.

• Intensief samenwerken met aankoop, productontwikkeling, productie(planning) en kwaliteit.

• Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen klant en interne afdelingen.

• Proactief zoeken naar oplossingen en een optimale klantentevredenheid.

Welke ervaring breng je mee als Internal sales?

Je combineert commerciële feeling met een sterk organisatorisch talent en voelt je thuis in een internationale B2B-omgeving.

Daarnaast beschik je over: • Minimaal een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

• Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige commerciële binnendienst- of key accountfunctie.

• Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een mooie troef.

• Ervaring met een ERP-systeem.

• Sterk cijfermatig en analytisch inzicht.

• Een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
