Voor een internationale onderneming actief binnen een technische nichemarkt zijn wij op zoek naar een Internal Sales Engineer.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je klantencontact, technische ondersteuning en commerciële opvolging.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en de interne organisatie.

  • Behandelen van offerteaanvragen en opmaken van offertes.
  • Actief opvolgen van offertes via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Klanten adviseren en ondersteunen bij technische en commerciële vragen.
  • Orders correct overdragen aan de interne diensten voor verdere verwerking.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om klantvragen efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Op termijn meewerken aan commerciële opportuniteiten, klantenontwikkeling en marktexpansie.
  • Sporadisch deelnemen aan online meetings of klantenbezoeken.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je neemt initiatief en hebt geen schrik om telefonisch contact op te nemen.
  • Interesse in techniek en affiniteit met een technische omgeving.
  • Leergierig en bereid om je te verdiepen in gespecialiseerde producten en toepassingen.
  • Teamspeler met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring is een plus, maar motivatie en enthousiasme zijn belangrijker. Zowel schoolverlaters als ervaren kandidaten komen in aanmerking.
  • Schoolverlater: Minimaal bachelor diploma in een technische richting.
  • Deze functie kan enkel voltijds.
