Elke dag draag je bij aan het duurzamer maken van de food- en feedketen. Binnen een groeiende organisatie die circulariteit niet als trend ziet, maar als overtuiging. Hier werk je mee aan oplossingen die grondstoffen opnieuw waarde geven en ketens sluiten in plaats van verlengen. Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving met vestigingen in België, Frankrijk en Polen. Productie, logistiek en innovatieve collectiesystemen sluiten hier naadloos op elkaar aan. Samen bouwen collega's aan een sterke, ethisch gedreven organisatie met aandacht voor mens, proces en impact.

Voor de verdere uitbouw van de commerciële activiteiten zoeken we een internal sales medewerker. In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat commerciële dossiers inhoudelijk, administratief en relationeel correct worden opgevolgd. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt tussen klanten, leveranciers en interne teams en bewaakt de haalbaarheid én uitvoering van afspraken.

Wat ga je doen?

Je ondersteunt het volledige commerciële proces, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en afstemming.

meewerken aan het commerciële actieplan en dit vertalen naar concrete acties

  • voorbereiden en coördineren van klantencontacten, inclusief technische dossiers

opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en samenwerkingsvoorstellen

  • analyseren van technische en financiële haalbaarheid van aanvragen

onderhandelen over verkoopvoorwaarden en contractafspraken

opvolgen en bewaken van lopende dossiers en contractuele voorwaarden

onderhouden van professionele relaties met klanten, leveranciers en producenten

  • beheren en actualiseren van prijsgegevens en indexeringen
  • intens samenwerken met logistiek, marketing en andere interne afdelingen

analyseren van verkoopresultaten en signaleren van optimalisatiekansen

meedenken over commerciële en marketingstrategieën

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een achtergrond in voeding, recycling of R&D en bent gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen in een administratieve en commerciële functie.

Daarnaast beschik je over een sterke affiniteit met de voedingssector of ben je in staat om je de nodige product- en marktkennis snel eigen te maken. Je begrijpt de dynamieken van onze markten, kunt meedenken over geschikte alternatieven wanneer een bepaald product niet beschikbaar is en bent in staat klanten professioneel te adviseren over de meest passende oplossingen.

  • perfect tweetalig Nederlands – Frans (vereist)
  • sterk in schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie

commercieel ingesteld en onderhandelingsvaardig

  • gestructureerd en nauwkeurig in administratie en opvolging
  • zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar
  • teamgericht, flexibel en proactief

ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus

  • goede kennis van MS Office, vooral Excel en Word
  • affiniteit met administratieve processen en databeheer
